Reliance Mobile – Getting bill dues after full Settlement

i have requested Customer care to disconnect my Data card due to low performance, But no one helped me in getting it terminated. After 3 months, with out any usage i received bill amounted 1800 and after getting contacted with the Relationship manager , He sent me a mail for full and final payment with an assurance that after paying the due i wont get further bill. But after paying the settlement amount also, i received Rs.950 bill due. and im getting daily calls from customer care to pay the dues. I have intimated almost 30 Customer executives regarding my problem when they called me for bill payment. But no one helped me. I have all the mail proofs of my settled amount conversation. I want to lodge a complaint on Reliance for this. Kindy help. regards, Mahender Reddy
