Hello Sir/Madam,
I am reliance mobile customer. They have activated caller tune in my mobile without my confirmation. I don’t know how much amount they have taken for that activation.
Now when I am calling their customer care number each executive is telling me to call after 2 hours and we will unsubscribe your activation.
One of their customer care executive named SAMITA is not disclosing her location and post so that I can complain against her. She is saying that to disclose her identity is against company’s rule.
I want to take strict action against this kind of ridicules answers and this kind of cheating processes against their own costumers. The same thing has happened to many friends of mine.
Kindly suggest me what should we do to stop this kind of business policies which are stalling money from their costumers.
