Mobile no +91916333xxx RELATIONSHIP NO 2000403784080000001.i am using this no for more than four years now.this no is of kolkata circle but i am presently posted out of kolkata.i am using a postpaid plan of 1499.THE COMPLAINT -since i was posted to delhi i wanted to get this no converted to prepaid for some time. i called up customer care for the same in the first week of dec 2013. they asked me to visit the nearest reliance store for the same. Around dec last week i visited the reliance store near Saket new delhi with the documents but the pro asked me to come with some more documents on a later date. next week when i went there she told me that their system is down so i ll have to come back again . next day after finally going through my documents she told me that this transfer can only be done by the reliance store in Green park New delhi. around jan second week when i visited the green park store they straight away denied and asked me to go back to kolkata to process the same. few days later when i called your office (033-30288xxxx) they asked me the details of these two stores in new delhi and asked me to pay 3172 and assured me that it shall be done without any hassle and that i wont have to pay anything extra above 3172. so i paid 3172 on 5th march. the reply to the above mail has come on 14th april and they promised to solve and reply within 1 week. next they replied on 2 may without doing anything just asking me to pay the bill which was by then was added with the next months rental plus taxes also…. i have written them back again but they said they will disconnect the services.

i want to 1. get this no activated asap 2. get refund all the amount charged as rental from jan 2014 onward 3. want to get it converted to prepaid asap.
