My connection(User id: 290070235730) was down from mid of June.So i have complained and denied paying June bill.I was regularly follow-up for my complaint status but their was no response for that. They said there is some issue in my area and they prolonged the issue.When i called them on Aug 9th they said that problem has been resolved.But my net connection is still down(i.e)may be some problem with the connecting LAN cable.So,i requested for a service person to come down and check but they told me that it is you problem you should only go to the nearest R-World and request some one to come with me to check the connection.And further they told me to pay Rs.1500 which they will way-off in my future bills.When i called R-World and enquired them they are telling to complain in the customer care.Now i don;t know what has to been done.I am ready to pay that 1500 Rs also. Please help me out. Thank you.
I need a service person to visit my home and check the LAN cable condition and replace the pin.
