Reliance Mobile Internet Speed is Very Slow

Dear Sir, I have a reliance gsm no- 7735702xxxx which I recharge on 17/09/2014 for 3g data plan of Rs-177. As I find from there web site, http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/prepaid/PlansandPacks.html, that this plan was valid for 30days with 1GB 3G data. On 18/09/2014 at 6.50 pm when I use that simcard through dangle, it connected for few minute and then get disconnected automatically. After that no further connection possible and when I check my balance there was no balance in my data account even in main balance there was about Rs 50 which also turn in to zero. Immediately I was try to contact customer care but there was no feasibility to access customer representative with my number. Then next day I was bound to call through another reliance phone number of my friend to customer care at 11.30am . When i told my problem to customer care they answer me that As 177 plan was for mobile internet plan It get laps and my main balance also get laps . I requested them that if that plan was for mobile why they have not written in there website .If that plan not for dongle use please refund my data , so that I can use it on mobile . For you information I am using data continuously both in mobile and in dongle. I have no information about this plan. my complain is if that plan was not for dongle use same data should use in mobile. without giving any service why company withdraw all my balance (main+data).why company not inform clearly in their website.Here I also want to say that company have tendency to fraud continuously. On 16/09/2014 they also deducted Rs10 from my main account by sending a massage that I have activated joke plan and when I complain against that on 17/09/2014 they refund that amount.

For above harassment proper compensation should be provided .
