On 17 th june 2013 reliance deducted an amount of rs 63 from my account bearing the number 8822943144 I complained the customer care executive and they said that i have used the net and so the deduction was made.But there was still a balance of 97 kb in my gprs account. I said them about that and while i was on the line with them they again deducted amount of rs 36. The customer executive named PRANJAL said that they checked my account and i didnot recharged my number with a gprs pack. They harresed me by asking the date i recharged and said that they will not refund me the money And they are also not ready to provide any detailed information about the deduction..I will be highly obliged if u kindly see the above mentioned problem.. The connection is in the name of Himangshu das of nowgaon district..

I just want my money refunded..And if it is made due to gprs usage then i want the usage details..thank you
