I have made a recharge of Rs 42 for my reliance number 767789015 using the official website reliance rechagre www.rcom.co.in . But I am not getting the exact benefit which is mentioned in the website. This is not happening for the first time. THIS IS HAPPENING AGAIN AND AGAIN. I have talk to the customer care RAJSHREE but she has not registered my complain. Reliance is misguiding the consumer and harassing them mentally economically and physically. I am always getting sms from reliance stating to recharge for www.rcom.co.in. Please help me.

I want the cost of my traveling Rs 1000 and want my Rs 42 the recharge amount. And enough punishment for the brand so that this should not happen again.
