I recharged with 124 rupees my Reliance sim mobile no 981711xxx by internet banking of icici bank. but my number not recharged and balance has been deducted.several time i talk to customer care representative but not result came. rechrged no-9817112xxx, amount-124, date-01.01.2015, time 10:00 am. reference no-000699882922, bill no-0720,netbanking by-ICICIbank. same way i recharge the same number on 17.12.2014 by 116 rupees by same bank internet banking bill no-1120, reference number-000693367800 but still not recharge. same way and same number recharged by same bank on 6.12.2014 amount 27, reference no-000688165330, bill no-720 but still not got,

please check the issue and credit my account with debited amount, and take the corrective and preventive action against such operator servise so that same problem not occur with any one.
