I am using reliance number 895620xxxx for almost 4 years but on 6 august my number was terminated without informing me. That number was in use. I had made many calls using that number on 5th Aug and it was recharged on 26 july. I have contacted reliance store they told they will contact but yet they have done nothing. I have also send e-mail to Reliance but no response. Since that number is from PUNE and I am currently in Mumbai nothing can be done from here. I can’t go everytime to pune for asking about sim. please help.

I want to restart my number back.
