Reliance India Mobile always charged necessarily for something called vas service. I don’t even know about the vas services they use to active on my account.they have charged 4 or 5th times within a month and every time I called them to deactivate all the service active on my account but nothing happend. I have totally fed up with the service I using reliance because they have some good tariff to call at night otherwise I rank them the last of all the service provider, network is very bad, pathetic customer service, Last time. When I had a chat online with them to refund my money rs 5 they refused becz I got in touch with them after 3 days, I told them the reason that I was not able to connect with call customer service even chat as well.

But nothing happend now yesterday they charged again 5 rs for (Amount Charged for VAS Shtfmts STalk Pack Rs:5.00.) Since yesterday I m trying to talk or chat with customer service advisor but failed they may blocked me. Please do something last time I just ignored 5rs but this time I’m not, there must be thousand of people who ignore once in a month and must be some illiterate person who don’t even read the message they debited money from the account. As a result they are earning a lot doing cheating with the people of India.my mobile number is 801087XCX37
