Reliance number 8388917164. This number’s unbilled usages increased to Rs.69.60. I contact customer care & the executive told that it charged for 6MB data, but I don’t use any data. So, the charge is wrongly applied. When I told it he disconnected my call and from then I’m unable to contact them.

Reliance net and balance deduction problem
My balance got deducted from Rs. 50 to Rs. 0 and even net not working from last 3 days. I am continuously calling on Reliance Care but no reply from any customer executive. At least tell me whether my problem will get solve or not if not then I will port out from Reliance because this is regular problem I am facing since I port in to Reliance from Vodafone.
