I have been victim of cheating of Reliance CDMA since last 1 month last three times they deduct Rs 10 as VAS sms and when I call their customer care 198 every time they refund and assure that such charges will not be applied in future today once again they deduct Rs 10 and msg came on my mobile at 10:24 pm on 26.11.2014 and I contacted for more than 6 times over customer care 198 but no reply no support
