Reliance Net connect: Number: 9396748482 I gave a application along with ID proof to convert my Post paid Internet data card connection to prepaid card on 19th Nov 2013. Before giving this application, the account was barred. I went to web world Paradise and gave a application for conversion by promptly paying the previous dues and also amount to keep the connection open for making the conversion. To my surprise I once again received a bill for the month of Dec and Jan. When I went to reliance world i was told that they tried to call me and as I was not reachable they activated the account have to pay the amount. I requested for a waiver of the amount and convert the connection from post paid to prepaid.

I want reliance to cancel all my bills and also make the conversion prepaid.
