last year i bought a reliance net connect.after using of one month i had to activate l m service on this number(8798396575) to get unlimited data balance with recharging rs 199/-.i recharged with rs 199/ but after using 10 days there came a sudden lapsed with my data balance.then i called to customer care and they told me that you have not activated l m on your number. but the retailer told me that l m is active on my number .they did not update my data balance and in this way my 9 times recharge with rs 199 gone for nothing.so kindly look the matter earnestly.

i want a new net connect and unlimited data balance recharging with rs 199
