Dear Sir/Madam, I have submitted application form for Post paid to prepaid conversion of my Reliance Netconnect+ (9397890xxx) service on 05-7-2014 at reliacne world Kukatpally Br. with ID Proof, address proof and Passport Photgraph and I was told this will done in 2 days and further there will not be any Post paid bill for your number. I also got the service request no. 222338090 on 06-07-2014 against my request and my services were disconnected on 07-07-2014 after received a verification and confirmation call from Reliance. But till date every month I am receiving a Post paid bill. I have logged complaint against this to Customer care maild id customercare@relianceada.com 26-07-2014 and I received a reply mail stating this will be resolved in 5 days and service request id is Service Request ID: 223102370 by Rutvik Kamble -Officer – Customer Care mail ref. No. (014-561-057) and there is no response even after 5 days I have raised another complaint and received a mail stating you complaint has been already registered with Service Id 223102370 and it will resolve shortly (mail ref. No. 014-591?-771) but there is no response and as I received another bill this time I have registered complaint on rcomappellateauthority.ap@relianceada.com on 25-08-2014 with all the reference and complaint no. and next day I received a call from them expressing the deep regert for the incontinence caused and assuring the best service to resolve the issue on priority with complaint No. 224267681 on 27-08-2014 at 10:19:23am with mail ref. no. DWML14140?181 and resolution time period of 07 days and as there is no response after 7 days again I forwared my concern to rcomappellateauthority.ap@relianceada.com on 09-04-2014 to resolve the issue on priority, but I received the revert stating you complaint is already registered with no. 224267681 dt. 27-08-2014 and it will be resolved in 7 working days mail ref. no. DWML14140?181. Later I requested them to updated the status on 08-09-2014 and 15-09-2014. But till date there is no response from them and daily receiving 3 to 4 calls from customer to pay the bill and 5 to 6 message on my mobile.
