I am using Reliance Net connector Internet in west delhi, as the Speed of the Network is very slow I raise the Issue to the Reliance Customer care through the troll free no : 180030005555.I call up on 20/01/02014 There is no response from there side. Next day on 21/01/2014 they just register a complaint, it’s no : # 215456725.They mentioned it will take 2 days to resolve the problem, so I patiently wait for 2 days. After 2 days there is no response or change in the speed and it is very slow, so I call up again on 23/01/2014 evening they told me again 2 days it will take to solve. I want justices, if we delayed to pay the bill they will charge extra fine of 100 rupees. So I need proper compensation. This is not the first time I have complaints to reliance over these issues. As the days a delaying to restore speed,I want to get compensation equals to that of Years,ie., if it is delayed to 10 days i want 10 yrs free 4G Network unlimited internet from Reliance.It should be an Eye opener to all the service provides Regards Gibin Jose
