have been using Reliance Netconnect since last 2 years. I received a call from Reliance for updating my data plan to a new discount plan. I was not only given wrong information about the plan but also instead of updating my plan they gave me a new connection without disconnecting the older one. Now they are asking me to pay bill due for the older data card. According to them the connection for older data card is disconnected due to non-payment of bill and no request have been given for disconnection. I have written proof of the e-mail conversations with reliance regarding this. They are continuously harassing for legal proceeding regarding this, while they have cheated me at multiple instances in this case. The legal notice has been issued vide CAF 500001980657.
want that this case be dropped by Reliance with immediate effect as this is a clear mistake at their end without any demand of payment from me.
