I am reliance net connect+ post paid customer.from past iam not using my modem because there is network coverage in my new place..previously also i have asked reliance to change my connection to prepaid but they said so many reasons..now with out using my modem iam paying monthly 701 rupees.now i requested reliance customer people to solve my problem but they are again troubling me by saying lengthy procedure and they are asking me to go reliance world which is very far to my place..i got this connection door delivery but inorder to convert to prepaid they are asking me to approach them physically.this is very annoying

i want immediate conversion of my post paid connection to prepaid ..
