Reliance NetConnect Pre-Paid Data Card

Earlier I was using reliance data card connection no is 9373803722. This no I was using as a postpaid. After that I have decided to close this connection. But reliance requested me convert that to pre-paid and I agreed for that hardware was purchased by me. On 8th Nov 2012, I called up reliance call center and told that my I not able to connect internet. They told me there is no balance and you have to rechange. I have rechared with Rs.800/-. Still it was not connecting. So I called customer care again, at that time they told me that this card was not active from so many days and you have to submit address proof and photo. On 10th Nov I have submitted both to there Aundh Pune outlet and told them that I am going abroad and mobile will not be reachable on mobile and you have to call my wife. They agreed for the same. Still internet was not activated. So I send them mail and they are saying address verfication is not done so internet is not activated. I told them it is fine and now I did not required this connection. So refund my Rs.800/-. Now they are saying we can not refund that and saying your recharge will expire on 10th Dec 2012. Now I need your help in this. Internet is not activated, they are not ready for refund and also for inactive internet they are saying it will expire on 10th Dec 2012. After rasing complain with DOT they have extended till 6th Jan but which is of no use. PLease suggest how should I proceed to get my money back.
