I took a reliance post paid 3G data card from 1st September, 2013 (988380917) from Mr. Amitava Ray (Mobile No. 9231813666) but the service was never activated in spite of my several request.Finally, I decided to cancel the service. Based on our discussion with Mr. Ray, one mail was sent to him on 19th Sept, 2013 to cancel the service and SIM CARD was handed over to him at my residence. A security deposit of INR 300 was forfeited. However, since then, I being disturbed and harassed by the reliance telecom over the phone. I tried to speak to Mr. Ray but he didn’t take my call. I sent them mails to explain my position but even then they kept on torturing me every now and then. I was being harassed and disturbed for the service that I have never availed from Reliance telecom and it is extremely unethical from their end to harass me on a continuous basis.

1. Mr. Amivata ray should be taken to task. 2. Reliance should pay me INR 50,000 for harassment and mental torture.
