Sir i recharge my mobile no 7610001xx by rs 55 on 27 oct 2014 according to recharge company give me 55 rs and roaming free for 7 day but when i cheek out my phone no recharge i call on customer care then they told me that some problem in network we solve this in 48 hrs after two day i again i recharge by 30 rs on same no ut again no balance show in my account and they block my connect no without information when i call again then they said that we solve my problem is ut after 7 days 48 hr but after 7 days there is no action on m request and they not give me my balance 55+30 please solve my problem thank you

give my balance as rule and activated my connect no for calling
