Reliance Pre-Paid Mobile Wrongly Changes the Pack on my Plan

This is regarding loss due to wrong processing of Reliance Communications customer care executive, i lost my packs plans. And when i called them back they behaved worst rather than resolving my problem caused due to their carelessness.

I lost Rs. 56/per week for life time. I want my previous sms plan back or compensation amount.
