SERVICE REQUEST NUMBER: 201894025 DT; 23/04/2013 CVF NO: 028537 CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE: RELIANCE, PUMA BUILSING, M. G. ROAD, THRISSUR, 680001 I had submitted a request for the above mobile phone number to transfer from Post paid to prepaid on 23 April, 2013. The counter staff promised me they would activate this within a week. But so far nothing happened. But they have been sending me the bill as before, considering post paid connection. While I contacted them with the bill after one month to arrange to make prepaid. At that time Mr. Suiryaprakash informed me after discussing with his Manager/Supervisor Mr. Dinesh Karthik I need not pay the bill amount and they would take an immediate step to transfer to the prepaid. But they didn’t do any thing to solve my problem. At the same time, they sent me the second bill with fine. They have been continuing the same for the last three months. In the mean time, they sent the message to my above mobile number stating ‘Activated successfully’ and soon after a few days cut my mobile connection with services. I was not in a position to use my phone and I lost my customer communication relation. I can’t say what income blocked due to their irresponsibility. The last bill they sent me is Rs. 507/-. But I had replied to their Customer Care Division,requesting for to be activated my prepaid connection and ignore my bill. The Branch Manager, Mr. Dinesh Karthikeyan himself told me on 22 June, 2013 I need not the bill amount and he would look into this matter for transfer to Prepaid. Secondly no body takes their service land phone ti help me. I would have called several times during the last month but nobody attended or gave me the proper service till now. Whenever I tell this complaint in person they promised they would put an end to this problem. But I am still in the crisis and my phone is out of service. In this circumstances kindly arrange to be activated my mobile phone ASAP without paying the bill prepared by them. I have been wating for prepaid connection since 22 April 2013. But they convinced me their boundary line was 29 April 2013. Nothing action was taken by them so far. Please take necessary action to solve this and take other steps to stop this practice by ‘RELIANCE’ with a warning to do the same to other ther customers. Thanks and Best Regards. Required immediate PREPAID connection without clearing the pending bill sent by them. The bill is not applicable as the phone is not in sevice due to the fault from their side. Unless they settle this immediately I have to approach the Advocate. Court and other legal procedures. All the expenses in this connection including incidental expenses will be reimbursed by them.
