respected sir, i am a reliance gsm consumer my mobile no is 8690812xxx.i had activated internet scheme of 27rs on 9 may 2014 which was valid till 16 may it was also showing in my cell that i have 182 MB valid till 16 may.on 16th may i had done recharge of rs 20 and got 15rs bal.the whole balance got unfairly deducted.i called on customer care they told me that i have been charged wrongly and will get refunded in 2 days.but its not yet refunded and now they are saying that the scheme was unto 15 may and u have been charge for post internet usage 10p/10kb.but in my gprs data 182 MB was valid till 16 may .as seeing this i was using the internet…so that not my fault na ..its their system fault.and more important before 16 may they have unfairly deducted 8.8rs from my account balance.so dully its company fault.plss take some action against this .i m providing u the sr no220335806………and web chat conversation ID 3879792270.please take actions against them.its genuine problem.
