at the time of purchase they offer me 7.2 mbps speed,service is good for next 3 months and after that it non value for money.always slow speed,connection break all time i am trying to connect internet.i complain so many times on 180030005555 and their solution is non fit for my problem.i request for senior authority and field visit but they will not accept it,and issue me the complete bill and i pay too but when i realized that they are not interested in my problem i stop pay and they stop my connection
they cheated me by false promise about the dongle / after sale service. i was harassed all time by trying to use or request for solution to problem .it destroyed my research,entertainment my promises to others in all respect most important my time and go under mental pressure and not follow my daily routine that cause my health damage. my hurt social reputation by recovering false bill.
