Reliance Tele – a wrong notice served of amount

Please find the history of events along with proofs available from my side. 1. First complaint lodged against repair of landline device 26th June 2013 thru my Vodafone Mobile Number which costed me 9.83 INR 2. Second complaint lodged on 27th June 2013 thru my Vodafone Mobile Number which costed me 5 INR 3. Your expert had visited our home for service and informed that device is faulty and same need to be replaced. There was no commitment from Reliance Service Engineer on new device. Once they are available we will provide with your refurbished or new device. 4. We reached your reliance world and try to contact your customer care thru the landline available in the reliance world. We had lengthy discussion with your customer care again no commitment for refurbished or new device and they said we will waive off the bill. 5. I received a bill with full one month rental again i contacted thru my Vodafone Mobile Number which costed me 4.46 INR. Again they said they will waive off the monthly rental and again no commitment for refurbished or new device. . 6. Again i had contacted your customer care to know the status on 20th Jul 2013 thru my Vodafone Mobile Number which costed me 5.41 INR, Again they said they will waive off the monthly rental and again no commitment for refurbished or new device. 7. Again i had contacted your customer care to know the status on 28th Aug 2013 for 6 times thru my Vodafone Mobile Number which costed me 18.65 INR, Again they said they will waive off the monthly rental and again no commitment for refurbished or new device. 8. As there was no commitment from reliance communications and lost enough time, requested for the immediate termination of the connection. 9. On 10th Oct 2013. i received an adjustment bill with deductions as you like for the services which you had not provided. 10. This adjustment provided shows a balance of INR 1095 from reliance communication to self (P. Satya Kishore) My Questions to Reliance Communications: 1. For which services you had billed me 688.63 INR, please clarify 2. Who will pay for the expenses that are made by self, while contacting Reliance Customer Care multiple times with out any resolution from your side for 3 months. 3. When reliance communication is crediting 1095 INR into my account. 4. Above all Time lost by self for all this communications thru mails and verbal communications.

Reliance had not refunded 1095 and has additionally served me a wrong notice of 688.63INR. Net receivable from reliance is 1095 INR and withdrawal of notice no CON/OCT/929 dated 1st Oct 2013 by Reliance.
