my account balance has cut by the reliance customer care for VAS charges (5/-) in every day.i called the customer care two times and he said to me never fault service (VAS) come again.

i am engineering student of 2nd year.my time is wasted for this faulty service during the exam time.my practical paper is running in that day,so you take a action.

according to law you punished them.
