I want to complain about Reliance mobile services. They have activated VAS for miss call alert without my concern. My cell phone is very cheap one and I do not need any kind of these services and this is not the first time they have activated such services before also they did such kind of nonsense and deducted money from my balance. I had talked to the customer care executive and told him that I had never activated these services and requested him for refund but he denied for refund. Also, I asked him to file my complaint and give me the complaint number but he said we cannot file any complaint.

I want that my deducted balance should be given back to me. Also, want that some rule should be imposed on these service provider so that they should never activate such services without the proper permission of the customer
