Reliance Tele – Activated VAS without my knowledge poor service by centre

I have been billed an amount of Rs.1087 plus tax totaling Rs.1221/- for the Reliance Net connect service that I have not opted for. I tried following up with their customer care at various levels and they keep repeating that I am charged as per tariff. But none of their product / service scheme brochures that they gave at the time of me taking up a connection with them has any information about the Net connect service. Neither there is any mention about this in their website too. I have sent three mails for which I have not got a written response from them. Now they have barred by outgoing calls also even before the billing due date. This has cause a lot of inconvenience and also has damaged my social image. I need your help resolving this issue. I had taken up this issue to the various authorities in the organization but still the issue has not been resolved.I have the copy of all those email communications that I had with them, which I shall produce as and when required.

I want them to reverse the excess amount that they have charged along with the tax component, which works out to Rs.1221/-. Also, since they have barred the outgoing calls, that has caused some inconvenience, as I could not use that number to make calls, which also has damaged my image to some extent, as I could not return some of the important calls that I missed. Hence I need an additional compensation of Rs.25000/-
