Reliance has activated a VAS service “VAS USSD” automatically on my number without my consent. Every 2nd day Rs. 3 are deducted from my balance. Today was the third time. I called customer care thousands of time but call never connected. At last when connected,they didn’t offered any solution rather blamed me for activating this service and said “its not our fault, you deal with it”. I even don’t know for what this service is used for. Kindly provide me some solution and punish them so that they doesn’t repeat this with anyone again.

Refund the unnecessary deduction and compensation for all the frustration, mental torture and loss of my time.
