Hi, My name is Parmod Dhiman and my Reliance prepaid number is 9814824xxx. Reliance Company always cut my balance and when I lodge a complaint they will reverse the amount; we can track using my last few days account details. NOW they cut almost 85 to 90 rupees from my prepaid account again. I guess they cut my balance for using internet although I’ve almost 5 MB data in my prepaid account. I tried to write a complaint using their portal (I’ve an account at your portal; Ref# Parmod4200) but I guess it is not able to generate a ticket. When I connected via their chat service, their executive told me their server is not working. I tried almost 3 times in a day on Monday (30 Dec. 2013) and every time they told me the same story. When I tried today morning (31 Dec 2103) first of all they told me “we can see only last three days Info”, when I asked about Sunday; they told me the same old story. Server is not working. Although they refund the amount but only if we asked. Otherwise, they will cut the amount and user does not know. I want any company should not cut the amount even if they want to activate VAS service or any other service only with the sending any confirmation SMS(Toll free) by the user.
