Reliance Tele -automatic activation without customers consent and deduction of prepaid balance

pl refer old complaint 66744,4,2013• sir got the balance• without my permission, they activated vas packs and deducted the complete money now I am not able to contact the customer care also• reliance they have regular practice of cutting the prepaid balance by vas packs and without the customer consent. not only I have five more numbers in my family. in that also they are activating the vas packs and cutting the prepaid balance without our consent

50 rupees and strict action against their malpractice
