The Reliance Service illegally debits Rs 3/- for some USSD service & Rs 1/- for Video Store service every 2 days. I contacted customer care but they end the call. They gave the number 155223 for deactivating services. This number says you have no service activated. I mailed the reliance customer care but they pay no attention. Their customer care never picks the number. Even they deduct balance for contacting them for genuine grievances.

I tried to contact my office & home several times but due to illegal debiting of balance by Reliance i was left without any balance hence i had to spent more money & time to attend my personal grievances. Yesterday i fell ill i wanted to contact Doctor but due to lack of balance (due to illegal deductions) i was forced to walk long distance which deteriorated my ailing condition. Hence i had to spend huge money for unnecessary reasons.

i want these services to be deactivated with full refund of all the money they have deducted. Also i want Rs 1,00,000/- as compensation for causing mental & physical agony.
