sir; We are subscriber of reliance communication Ltd having account no 500001250835 in the name of company M/s MR STITCHWELL since 2010. We raises issues of billing with reliance communication officials about excess rental charged . same time on march 04/02/2013 we reported some lost data cards & requested to block the services of these data cards. But instead of closing /blocking these data cards services reliance starting raising bills against these numbers month after month. In this regards our representative Mr. Ambikesh having mail conversation with reliance officials.As per Email correspondence with reliance representative Ankur dated 29 may2013, he accepted reversal of amount Rs 19,734; but ignored the issue of billing of data cards which we requested to block .We reconcile our accounts and found that reliance communication have charged excess money from our company , as per agreed plan. Excess amount charged by reliance communication is Rs 65,793.(Reconciliation statement & bills for the period is duly attached. please help in order to get back the excess charged money.

I wants reversal of extra charged money.
