my complaint is regarding the interruption and the closure of the broadband internet service provided by reliance comm.from 5-5-2014 my service is disconnected and i am not able to use my internet connection.consistently i am trying to complaint about the same to the resp.company but they are giving me false assurance about my complaint.They are neither trying to resolve it nor they are giving any feedback regarding it.They only give me false claims regarding my complaint.even on paying the payment and all dues they are saying that due to the dues the service was disconnected and all and making many other types of such foolish reasons.and not taking my complaint seriously.
As i was unable to use the prescribed services i went into economic loss.As they were giving me false assurance and claims regarding my complaint i was consistently trying to use my service and as i started using the services i found that they are just fooling me and they did not even tried even once to resolve my complaint and take my feedback regarding it.i paid the fees for my e-learning in insurance institute of India.i was tending to study online but as the discontinuation of the services i am till date unable to study online and also i am having papers on 27th and 28th.these are not only the consequences but also there are many in the list. chtx703524 this is the transaction id which i got from my credit card payment
