Reliance Tele – broadband connection was not working from 15th December

My name is Shiv Prasad Vishwakarma and I was using reliance broadband wireline connection till sometime back. My subscriber id is: 282507687814 and this connection has already been terminated on my request on 8th January. This email is to bring into your notice that my broadband connection was not working from 15th December till termination date but still I have been charged for this duration. Waiver was provided to me only for 15 Dec-20 Dec, but my connection was not working after that also and I do not understand why and how my connection not working was marked resolved and closed. I had communication with reliance executive on 15 dec, 16 dec, 17 dec, 18 dec, 20 dec, 24 dec, 26 dec, and on 26 dec I had discussion with Aastha from billing department head office and she knows the whole scenario that I why I placed the request for connection termination, you can check the communication that the connection was not working then and after that. I have called many times to reliance customer care and I am tired of explaining this scenario each and every time and not getting resolution. Just today I had called appellate office and explained the whole scenario to Ujawala (Interation Id: 3654100843) and before this I had discussion with Dharmindar on 10th Jan, and then also I had to explain everything again.

Firstly I want correct waiver should be provided and I want appropriate compensation for the losses I had because of internet connection not working and the disturbance I had.
