Reliance tele – CDMA smart of ZTE ringing volume problem

I purchased a cell phone CDMA smart of ZTE series no.V6700 ( RELIANCE) from one of your vendor at Nagpur (invoice no.8014) dated 8.2.2013, for the SIM card provided by my company under CUG post paid connection next day I realized that the ringer volume is too low. As I am required to travel on road for whole of the day, being in sales depptt. it is really impossible to hear the incoming call, I went to the vendor with this issue and simply got the answer that he cannot do anything and I need to go to service station of the company. I went to service station, where I was told that the ringer volume is OK then I went to reliance person named Mr. RINISH VERMA who in turn contacted Mr. SUDHIR at mumbai service office. I was told to hold for few days(they tried helping me on this issue) Job sheet no. 13021005500046. again when I contacted service station, they said nothing can be done and ringer volume is perfectly ok again when I went to the vendor who in turn said that he is ready to buy back the product at half the price… sir can you please look into the matter on ASAP basis sir the issue is serious as of now, my Job is at stake, as my boses call me during working hours and I cannot recieve the call due to ringer volume problem… sir my Humble request, please help me to sort out the issue….
