Reliance Tele – conection not started multiple complaints

Landline not Working since installation and bill being regularly paid. Following are the people to whom I have spoken in the appellate and the Service centre in the past few months. Ms. Padma Mr. Hyder Mr Jayesh Mali Ms. Karishma (Incharege of our Area) Mr. Amit ( the Engineer) Mr Sunjay (The Local Service Incharge) And many more. Few of the complaint Numbers are:- 210492xxx 211886xxx 218409xxx 218489xxx 21524xxx and many others but I stopped noting as it was a fruitless exercise as every time the complaints were either only escalated for the sake of it or closed unilaterally. IT has been over 6 months and the problem has not been resolved. These are over and above the emails that I have written to appellate and the service centre which are also on record. My problem has still not been resolved and I have been paying my bills regularly in spite of deficiency in service i.e my landline is not working since day one. I have got all my stationary printed and am facing heavy financial losses as customers and potential client are unable to contact us.

We want reimbursement of all the bills paid and the stationery expenses of Rs 10,000/- to be paid along with compensation for printing new stationery and any other punitive damages the forum decides for loss of business.
