I had requested for a termination of my Reliance data connection (number:9349354795) and paid a termination fee for the same on April 25th, 2013. The store informed me that the printer is out of order and I can collect the bill later. On a later date I found the store closed. The following two months the connection was still active and a bill of INR 353.39 in May and INR 449.44 in June was charged to me. When I finally discovered the misconduct and reported the matter in August 1st week 2013 they assured me that the connection will be terminated and my money refunded. When I followed again on 20th August 2013, they changed their response saying only the connection is terminated and no money will be refunded.
I want the company to refund the entire 2 months overcharge of a total of INR 883/- as I have been charged without having used their services during this period at all.
