Dear Sir, I recharged my mobile number 9334739474 with Rs 77. But it does not work. Actually i recharged this pack for roaming use. Already this information is available at Reliance’s website (rcom.co.in). I recharged my mobile from this link (http://myservices.relianceada.com/selectInstantOnlineRechargePayment.do). Still now all the information are available. Kindly check it out. But when i talk to customer care he tells me that this pack is closed and can not do anything. He totally dissatisfied me. I recharged my mobile number 9334739474 on 24th Dec at 8.30 to 9.00 PM.And roaming pack is not working. If it’s pack is closed then why they are not updating this information at (rcom.co.in). I have recharged my mobile through Reliance’s website (rcom.co.in) not by others. When i recharged my mobile there is mentioned that pack 77 is for roaming for 28 days. And this recharge is not working. So kindly return my money from Reliance. Thanks and Regards Kundan 9386673091
