I have recharged with Rs 1500 for 12 GB data for 90 days on 03 Jan 14. On 13 Jan 14 my data balance was 10.6 GB, but on 14 Jan 14, it became zero, without me using it. On sending a mail to their customer service, they replied that in this plan i am not supposed to use it in dongle, but i have rechecked their website and found that for this particular plan (of Rs 1500 Data) there is no mention about not being able to use in dongle.( for dongle limitation plans like Rs 123, Rs 156, Rs 246, Rs492, it is clearly mentioned that not for dongle). I have taken a screen shot of their website for this 1500 plan, if it is of any use.

I would like them to refund my data balance of 10.6 GB with full validity period.
