I have apply for a New Braodband Connection of Reliance,i have paid 2224 Rs & Address ID proof for Quarterly Connection in cash to their Executive Mr. Ashish jain on 4th Oct 2013. He has committed me to install connection on 7th Oct but till date my connection is not installed even they are not confirming when it can be install. when I am asking For money refund they are telling you need to wait for 45 days. Ignoring & not picking call.

I want my money back or install connection, and also want to fine according law
