deducting amount from my main balance in name of some value added services to which i have never subscribed.This has happened with me in numerous times.On calling the customer care they say it happened by mistake and refunded my balance but every day its happening i’m very frustrated and wasting lots of my time to call customer care every day

without any value added services they should not deduct the money ,they are depraved.I want my money back with no more deduction further more
