respected sir, i recharged 7305994179 reliance number for 50 rupees on 01 oct 13. after few days when we checked the balance it is showing zero balance. when we approached customer care by dialling 198, the number is not getting connected to customer care officer. automatically it is cutting off. after several try, finally i could connected to customer service, but he attended me after waiting of 15 minutes on line.they told me they do not have record for more than 3 days, so we cannot do anything.they refuses to register a complaint also. i heard from my circle also that reliance simply cutting the money vas packs automatically without the customer consent. kindly take action against refund of my 50 rupees and automatic deduction of mobile balance without the consent of customer for vas packs.

(1) my 50 rupees to be refunded for the abovesaid number (2) they should not deduct the mobile balance from customer without the customer consent
