Reliance Tele – Facing network issue not waiving bill

I am new to this so I not able to understand the process and in my last complain in place of dealer I have filled my address wrongly, so this is the same complain with correct address I have been using reliance data card no: 7428094xxx since more than three year. Form last 3-4 month I have started facing network issue but it was used to fixed in a week or so and for that duration I got waiver of bill as well for two month I guess for may and june (Please note it was not a full waiver it was just a waiver for the data that I have not used from my opted plan due to their service failure). Now From 7th of August My network totally gone down, on calling to customer care I was told that some updation is going on and it will be resolved but not able to say how much time it will take but you (I) will be waived off for the bill for this particular period. But waiting till whole month and keep on calling to their customer care almost daily they finally said this is weak network coverage issue and it can not be resolved , and therefore I have disconnected the datacard . But now on final settlement they are not waiving off the bill and denying it in a straight way saying they have given waiver earlier so they can not give waiver again The point to be noted here the earlier waiver was not given to obliged me , it was given due to their service failure only and now also I am not asking any illegal waiver their service was down for whole month for that I am demanding for waiver

Full waiver for my bill starting from 7th August 2014 to 6th sep 2014 + Refund of data card amount that is 1k INR
