this is to bring to your notice that i was offered postpaid gsm connection with an offer that the maximum billings amount will be 899 and call on any network will be free but when i received my first bill the charges were not as which was offered to me and i agreed for that. regarding that i raised the concern but no response was given and instead i got threatening call, and now i have received a legal notice for the recovery of rs-2881/- from the service provider. and in the said notice they are not claiming for the recovery of the amount only but fraudulently they are claiming for the recovery of handset which was never provided to me, i intent to lodge a consumer complaint and want to contest the said notice. i believe the needful will be done.
i want belling should be adjusted as it was offered to me, and i want my connection to be reactivated on the same term & condition which was earlier offered to me or if this relief is not provided to me i need damages for the breach of contract and compensation for the mental torture and harassment.
