I have been getting repeated calls form the billing section of reliance broadband for subscriber ID 335233116436 even after getting an email for termination of services from their end. The staff has been harassing me to pay a bill of Rs 854.50/- for the month of November even while the broadband line has been not working since September. The faulty service had been communicated to the reliance broadband technical team in September but still the connection was not restored however the bills were generated even after repeated complains to technical and billing department. All i got was fake assurance and harassment.
THIS HARASSMENT TO BE STOPPED IMMEDIATELY AND THE ISSUE CLOSED.
