I am subscriber of pospaid number 9555271611. In this connection i wish to state that from last three months reliance is overcharing for the services which i have not availed. This has been brought to the notice of their team on many occassions through emails. Inspite of that i am paying bills every month in hope that excess amount would be adjusted against future bills However, concern team of reliance seems non-existent on every occassions i have written email. So i have decided not to make payment of their monthly bills till the issue is resolved. I request you to look into the issue at the earliest.

I request you to levy heavy penalty on reliance for not entertaing the issues of the clients and also for the mental harrasment.
