I did a recharge of Rs.180 on 23rd May 2014, 7.40 pm, where I got Rs.180 as main balance(which is full talk time)Then at 8.01pm, the same day, I activated internet data pack of 1GB for Rs.156. This Rs.156 was deducted from my main balance. After deduction, a balance of Rs.24 was left. I received 500MB of Internet data. Then I contacted the customer care executive asking for my remaining 500MB data, they said I would get the remaining data within 48hrs.

My 500MB data is not received yet. From my Rs.24 main balance, Rs. 19 has been deducted first. From the remaining balance of Rs.5, Rs.2 has been deducted again.Now my balance is Rs.3. The same thing also happened before. I lost my main balance of Rs.19 on 22nd May 2014
