i was mailing then for nearly one month about the automatic activation of the VAS system on my phone but still they have not stopped it and after activation they are not receiving my call to 198(customer care) and they are telling me that you have to complaint within 3 days after the debit of money but if they cant answer my call in 3 days how i will complaint about my problem. i cant mail them every time i don’t have internet access all the time. i mailed them so many times still they are cutting my balance and activating any services still my 15 Rs. they have not given me back.
i want my money back 15 Rs. and they should not activate any VAS on my phone at any time on there own.
